Privacy

This page explains what personal data this site handles, why, who else sees it and how long it stays. There are no adverts, no analytics and no tracking across other sites, and nothing is sold.

Who is responsible

Antonios Kolovos, a private person running these projects. Questions about this page: contact[at]adnsaudio.com.

Visiting any page

The ADNS SPACE page asks GitHub for the list of releases from your browser, and downloads come from GitHub too. The Techno Vinyls app asks Discogs (USA) for records from your browser, so Discogs receives your network address, and it keeps copies of Discogs's answers in your browser's own storage for up to a day, so pages load faster. Those copies hold nothing about you.

Emailing us

Mail to adnsaudio.com addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare to a private inbox. We keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer it.

Market Trends: asking a question

Question counts are deleted after two days. Logs have a fixed size limit, and the oldest entries are deleted as new ones arrive, so how long an entry stays depends on how busy the site is.

Market Trends: having an account

An account is optional and gives you more questions. For it we store:

Resend (USA) sends our emails, so it receives your email address and the message. We only send what signing up needs: the confirmation link, a new-password link when you ask for one, and a notice if someone tries to sign up with an address that already has an account. There is no newsletter.

Deleting it. "Delete my account" on the Market Trends page removes all of this at once. An account that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days. Copies remain in our backups for up to 14 days, and are then deleted.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies on Market Trends, and only those that signing in needs: mt_session keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and mt_confirm protects the confirmation and new-password pages for as long as their links work. Cloudflare Turnstile may also store technical information in your browser for its check. The question box also remembers in your browser that you have an account, so it opens the sign-in form first next time. It is not sent anywhere.

Where the data is

The Market Trends server, its database and its backups are at Hetzner in Germany. The companies marked USA above may handle data outside the EU. When they do, EU law requires safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses, and each company's own privacy policy says which it relies on.

Why we may do this

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, ask us to limit its use, and object to its use. Write to contact[at]adnsaudio.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example in the place where you live.
